JANET EARLE, MBA
Chairperson
Founder, Riverchapel Financial, LLC
Janet founded Riverchapel Financial & Riverchapel Properties, LLC, and specializes in private equity and real estate fund accounting and administration with more than $80M under her management. She has more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience across multiple industries and serves on many boards. Janet earned her MBA from Gannon University and a certification in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. She initiated Nine Point Nine in 2020 and continues to lead our efforts.

DEBRA BRESNAN

Debra is a writer and editor who has worked with a diverse range of national and international clients since 1995. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Westminster College and returned to her hometown, Greenville, PA, in 2020 after living in California and New York State for many years.

COLLEEN CHAMBERLAIN, SPHR

Site Administrator, PA CareerLink® Lawrence County
Colleen has been active in workforce development organizations and has more than 25 years of HR experience in manufacturing, logistics and education. She currently serves as Site Administrator for the PA CareerLink® Lawrence County. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an HR concentration from DeVry University and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Colleen is an approved OSHA 501 trainer for the OSHA 10- and 30-hour safety courses for General Industry and the recipient of the Lawrence / Mercer County ATHENA Leadership Award in 2018.

LEANNE DOUGHTON

Accounting Specialist at Greenville Metals
Leanne works as a staff accountant for a firm in our community. She has a passion for helping women pursue careers in the construction trades. Her previous career as a daycare teacher gave her an understanding of the challenges working mothers face while gaining workforce education to achieve family-sustaining careers. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.

TRACY HATTON

COO, Pymatuning Property Maintenance
Tracy and her husband own Pymatuning Property Maintenance (PPM), specializing in slate roofing and property maintenance, lawn services and snow/ice management. They also have owned and operated rental and investment properties for the last 20 years. In her early career, Tracy was an Ultrasound Technologist in RT, RDMS (OB/GYN, AB, BR), RVT and RDCS, and held a senior management position for a mobile ultrasound company, where she oversaw direct sales and business development, customer relations, operations, and accreditations.

SHELLY MASON

Senior Accountant, Riverchapel Financial, LLC
Shelly is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience with expertise in QuickBooks and financial management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Youngstown State University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

ELLEN PARDEE

Executive Director, Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation
Ellen was hired by the Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation (GAEDC) in 2018 and promoted to Executive Director in 2019. She is the Project Coordinator for Penn-Northwest Development Corporation and the ENGAGE! Representative for Mercer County. Ellen serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Mercer County, Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone and Northwest Incubator Association, and is active on Penn-Northwest’s Sites Committee, the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce Board and Greenville Reynolds Development Corporation. She is a member of West Central Job Partnership’s Business Services Team and of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association. Ellen’s intense work ethic, passion for Mercer County, extensive job history (including operating her own salon for 20 years), strong interpersonal skills and event-planning experience allow her to relate to everyone from business owners to front-line workers. She earned a multi-disciplinary Bachelor of Arts in Business and Counseling, starting at Clarion University and finishing at Liberty University.

TRACY SEVIN

Instructional Designer
Tracy serves on the board of the Carpentry program at the Mercer County Career Center and has 30 years of experience teaching science and STEM courses. She and her husband built their own home and enjoyed working together to remodel and sell another home. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Arts in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University.
